Good Neighbor Program

We expect our guests to adhere to our neighborly code of conduct:

  • Tenants and g uests will respect the neighborhood and respect their neighbor’s right to quiet enjoyment of their homes.
  • Overnight guests shall not exceed the posted capacity of the property.
  • Cars parked on the premises will not exceed the posted parking maximum.
  • Tenants will remove all trash and dispose of it at the posted trash sites.
Cleaning

Please leave the home in the same condition as you received it, except for beds. Please leave all beds that you have used unmade. If the home is left excessively dirty or in disarray or the furniture has been moved to different floors, a cleaning fee may be assessed and deducted from your security deposit. To ensure proper disposal of ashes from barbecues and fireplaces, the management agency will provide this service.

No Smoking Absolutely

Most importantly, the Dome Home is a “NO SMOKING” property. If you smoke in the home, you may lose your security deposit. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Occupancy/Use

The owners of Dome Home value the opportunity to have vacation rental in the City of Big Bear; accordingly, we follow the guidelines of the “Big Bear Lake Transient Ordinance.” We ask that you have no more guests and/or cars than permitted on your registered guest list. We do understand that you may have day visitors but, again—no more are permitted than the amount listed on your registered guest list. We ask that you do not disturb, annoy, endanger, or interfere with neighbors nor use the premises for any unlawful purpose.

Forrest Fires

Please be careful not to light matches or cause fires in the forrest or on the property. The national forrest next to the property is protected and carrying firearms or causing fires can be prosecuted by law. Please do not have open wood fires and do comply with any Fire Department restrictions that may be in place.

Pets

As a general rule, pets are not allowed inside the Dome Home. Failure for not disclosing your pet will be cause for forfeiture of your security deposit. If you must have a pet, please consult with the management company.

Indemnification and Hold Harmless

Tenant or guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent and the Owner from and against any liability for personal injury or property injury or property damage sustained by any person (including guests of the guests or tenants).

Emergency

If you have an emergency, dial 911. The management of Dome Home in Big Bear may be reached after hours at 800-873-8373.

Children

Licensing restrictions limit room occupancy to two persons, regardless of age.

Alcohol

Alcoholic consumption is permitted at the guest’s own risk. Please consume with moderation and be considerate of your company and the neighbors.
